📌 Important Notes: Standalone service prices for add-ons may be subject to a $30 arrival fee for local travel. Lawn, garden & cleanup services may be rescheduled due to rain for safety and quality. $50 minimum in this category.
📏 For mowing properties over an acre, I provide custom quotes based on site assessment. 2 acres is my maximum property service size. Final price adjusts for property size, slope, obstacles, and overgrown conditions.
🍂 Clean-Ups & Property Maintenance
$100 – $400 (based on property size and debris volume. Off-site disposal extra)
$75 – $150 (based on garden size)
$90 – $180 (20' height, 12" tree diameter max. On-site disposal included)
$150 – $300 (requires on-site water hose hookup and electricity)
$200 – $500 (requires on-site water hose hookup and electricity)
$35 – $50+ per visit (standalone poop scoop service)
$75 per hour (2 man team, 3-hour minimum). Clearing low-hanging branches, brush, small downed trees on established trails.
⚠️ Service Notes: Dog waste removal is a standalone service. Trail maintenance is for existing paths only; excludes large tree felling and stump grinding. No tree work near structures or power lines. A walk-through is required before trail work begins. Leaf cleanup may be rescheduled during wet conditions.
📦 Moving, Delivery & General Labour
$70 – $140
$75 flat rate. Gas & water appliances must be disconnected prior to arrival.

❄️ Winter Snow & Ice Removal
Equipment: Pickup Truck, 4'x6' Trailer, 28" Walk-Behind Blower, snow shovels, ice breakers, 24 ft telescopic snow scoop, on-board salt & sand supply.

🏠 Ground-Based Roof Snow Clearing — What It IS
- Clearing the first 1-6 feet of snow from roof edges, overhangs, valleys, and above porches
- Using a specialized snow scoop on a long pole
- Includes clearing fallen snow off paths or walkways
- Ideal for bungalows, ranches, sheds with low-pitch roofs
🚫 What It IS NOT
- Full roof clearing, walking on roofs, or clearing steep/high roofs
- Not for two-story homes, complex roofs, or where I cannot safely reach the edge
- No heavy duty shoveling
- No working at heights — all operations from ground level only
⛔ Winter Service Limitations: No heavy duty shoveling. No working at heights. I must be able to clear with a snow blower and be certain there are no hidden objects that could get sucked into the impeller.

Based in Williamsford and serving Holland Centre, Dornoch, McCullough Lake, Williams Lake and the surrounding 10 km area in Chatsworth Township, Grey County, Ontario.
🚗 Willing to travel outside service area for extra — fuel surcharge $10 – $50 depending on location.

📜 Terms & Conditions
- Standard Payment Methods: I accept Cash, Credit card, Debit card and Interac e-Transfer.
- Standard Payment Terms: Payment is due at the end of each service day, including for multi-day projects.
- Barter as Payment: Trades may be considered for specific goods and services by prior written agreement. Bulk meat, firewood, eggs, honey, maple syrup, quality tools, precious metals, old coins, antiques. I'm also interested in services such as auto repair, small engine repair, cleaning services, and a variety of skilled labour.
- Scope Changes: Any work or materials exceeding the original quote will be communicated as discovered. Labour for extra work is payable that day; costs for additional materials are due upon purchase.
- Customer-Supplied Materials: For any service where the customer provides materials, supplies, or equipment (including but not limited to paint, mulch, cleaning supplies, or hardware), I am not responsible for defects, shortages, color selection, or the suitability of the provided items. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring materials meet their needs and expectations. Any delays or additional labour resulting from insufficient or unsuitable customer-supplied materials will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Service Guarantee: I stand by my work. Please notify me of any concerns within 24 hours of service for prompt resolution.
- Overdue Accounts: Services will be suspended for any account with a past-due balance.
- Service Cancellation: I operate on a no-contract basis. Either party may discontinue service at any time. If you have to call off work for any reason, (e.g. illness, or emergency), I would appreciate at least 4 hours notice.
- Prices: Subject to change without notice.
- Prepayment Required If: The homeowner is not home, or will be otherwise unavailable in person at the time of completion. Prepayment required for properties far outside my standard service area. Clients who previously cancelled recurring services and wish to re-activate services are subject to new terms of prepayment before each visit.
⛔ Service Boundaries: No interiors, no roofing, no working at heights, no electrical, no plumbing, no structural work, no licensed trade tasks, no large tree work.
