For mowing properties over an acre, I provide custom quotes based on a site assessment to ensure it's fair and accurate. 2 acres is my maximum property service size. The final price on all given quotes adjusts for property size, slope, obstacles, and overgrown conditions.

• Dog Waste Removal: $35 - $50+ per visit (Standalone poop scoop service. Price based on location, and yard size within Chatsworth Township).
• Trail Maintenance: $75 per hour (2 man team, 3-hour minimum). Clearing of low-hanging branches, brush, and small downed trees on already established trails with motorized equipment. Includes on-site disposal of debris.
ℹ️ Dog waste removal is a standalone service. Trail maintenance is for existing paths only; excludes large tree felling and stump grinding. No tree work near structures or power lines. A walk-through is required before trail work begins. Leaf cleanup is not possible during very wet conditions, services will be rescheduled.

Snow Removal with Pickup Truck (Gasoline, Winter Tires), 4'x6' Trailer, 28" Walk-Behind Blower (Gas), Snow Shovels, Scoop Shovel, Square Head Metal Shovel, Ice Scraper, Ice Breakers, 24 ft telescopic Snow Scoop, On-board salt & sand supply.
✅ The standard service includes snow-blowing and shoveling walkways. Salt and sand optional.
• Standard Driveway (1-2 car): $50 - $70 per visit.
• Large/Rural Driveway (3 + car, Long lanes, Complexity): $70 - $125+ per visit.
• Unmaintained Property Snow Excavation: services start at $300 and up.
• Salting: (a snow-blower service addon) is $15 per bag. 1 bag minimum. Hand applied.
• Solo Salting: (a local, standalone service) is $60. Includes 2 bags of hand applied salt. Each additional bag is $15.
• Team Rate: 2 people (by request only), $75 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
• Solo Rate: $35 an hour for winter related odd jobs. 2 hour minimum within service area, 4 hour minimum out of service area.
• Ground Based Roof Snow Clearing for roof edges, overhangs, valleys at $5 per linear foot of standard house roof edge cleared.
• Ground Based Roof Snow Clearing for Small Detached Sheds, carports, garages, fabric shelters. Flat rates available from $75 to $200 depending on the structure size, location, ease of access.
ℹ️ Salt prices and bag sizes fluctuate based on availability and current market value. Right now, I only have 10 kg bags in stock at the above price. I also carry pickled sand as a substitute.

Ground-Based Roof Snow Clearing?
What It Is, (and Is NOT)
IS: Clearing the first 1-6 feet of snow from roof edges, overhangs, valleys, and above porches using a specialized snow scoop on a long pole at a maximum length that I can physically reach with it. Includes clearing of any of the fallen snow off of paths or walkways.
IS NOT: Full roof clearing, walking on roofs, or clearing steep or high roofs. It's a preventative service to reduce the weight of ice dams and dangerous roof-edge buildup. Does not include clearing of fallen snow from areas that are unmaintained on arrival or have pre-existing snow piles. I must be able to clear it with a snow blower and be certain there are no hidden objects that could get sucked into the impeller. I am not able to clear any fallen snow around shrubs or bushes, sensitive landscape features, etc. Not for two-story homes, complex roofs, or where I cannot safely reach the edge from the ground.
Ideal Roof Types:
• Bungalows, ranches, and sheds with low-pitch roofs.
• Roofs with a history of ice dams.
• Areas above porches, garage doors, and entryways.
Winter Service Limitations:
⛔ No heavy duty shoveling offered, such as neglected porch & deck clearing. No snow blade on a truck, this is a snow-blower service only. No working at heights, all operations carried out from the ground level only.

• Standard Payment Methods: I accept Cash, Credit card, Debit card and Interac e-Transfer.
• Standard Payment Terms: Payment is due at the end of each service day, including for multi-day projects.
• Barter as Payment: Trades may be considered for specific goods and services by prior written agreement. Bulk meat, firewood, eggs, honey, maple syrup, quality tools, precious metals, old coins, antiques. I'm also interested in services such as auto repair, small engine repair, cleaning services, and a variety of skilled labour.
• Scope Changes: Any work or materials exceeding the original quote will be communicated as discovered. Labour for extra work is payable that day; costs for additional materials are due upon purchase.
• Service Guarantee: I stand by my work. Please notify me of any concerns within 24 hours of service for prompt resolution.
• Overdue Accounts: Services will be suspended for any account with a past-due balance.
• Service Cancellation: I operate on a no-contract basis. Either party may discontinue service at any time. If you have to temporarily call off work for a day (e.g. illness, or emergency), I would appreciate at least 4 hours notice.
• Prices: Subject to change without notice.
• Prepayment Required If: The homeowner is not home, or will be otherwise unavailable in person at the time of completion. Prepayment required for properties far outside my standard service area. Clients who previously cancelled recurring services and wish to re-activate services are subject to new terms of prepayment before each visit.
